To join wiiv you must:

Yes, there are. The terms and conditions may change from time to time. Please go through all wiiv’s Terms & Conditions on the wiiv App or website to have the last updated version.

There are 3 ways to join:
  1. The easiest way: Download our wiiv App on Google Play Store, iOS App store or Huawei App Gallery and ‘Join’ the wiiv program.
  2. By quick enrolling at the checkout counter of any Winners store. Once done, it is important to ensure that you complete your enrollment via the wiiv App or Winners consigne within the next 72 hours to keep your account and points.
  3. In-store at participating registration outlets: Any Winners consigne and MedActiv La Chaussée or Phoenix Mall.

Yes, new members enjoy immediate incentives such as bonus points and exclusive discounts at our multiple partners. Quick enrollment is the fastest route to becoming a wiiver. An individual may apply for a Membership to the wiiv Program at the Winners cashier till of any Winners shop, directly. The application at the till will be the first step of the registration known as the Quick Enrollment, during which it is mandatory to provide the applicant’s National Identity Card (NIC) and mobile number.

The NIC and mobile number of the member is stored into wiiv’s system. Upon completion of Quick Enrollment, the individual will start earning points. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number registered to confirm your Quick Enrollment. The message will include your digital wiiv membership number and a One-Time Password (OTP).

Once the quick enrollment complete, you will be allocated 72 hours to complete the full enrollment process. Here, you will require the OTP sent to you via SMS during the quick enrolment to finalise your registration. Failure to do so will result in the automatic deletion of the individual’s wiiv account, personal data, and accumulated points.

You might be having issues in receiving the OTP due to 2 reasons:
1. A network issue: you may ask the cashier to resend the OTP. If it is still not working, it is certainly the below, second issue.
2. Either the mobile number or NIC/RP registered in your wiiv account is wrong. Please contact the wiiv Customer Service team on 203-2222 or 460-7920, OR email at [email protected] to verify and correct your details. Act fast, so you may complete your enrollment within the 72 hours.

All you need is your valid NIC or resident’s permit number, mobile number and email address. If you did the quick enrollment first, you will also require the OTP received via SMS.

When you become a wiiv member, you provide us with your personal information: name, salutation (Mr./Mrs./Ms.), date of birth, email address, cell phone and city, to clearly identify you as the owner of your account and protect your points balance from misuse.

Additionally, many of our partners ask you to enter your NIC or Residence Permit number if you don’t have your card or wiiv App on hand when you shop with them. This allows you to earn and use points as you would with your wiiv physical card or digital one.

No, you only need one wiiv membership number, which can be either a physical or digital card, to access wiiv benefits across all our partner. However, specific partners like Ala-lila and Espace Maison require additional registration:
– Ala-lila: Register to their services through their website or app and add your wiiv ID to your Ala-lila account.
– Espace Maison: Sign up via the Club Espace Maison app and add your secret wiiv code. If you do not have the secret code, please contact us at 203-2222 or 460-7920 for assistance.

Yes. We want to make sure all wiiv members:
– are aware of the benefits and terms of the programme when they enrol, so that they make the best of it;
– understand the conditions to protect everone’s interest, especially with regards to misuse of the card
– and are aware of the personal data we collect from members, so that we are able to get in touch with them and come up with customized, exiting offers for everyone.
This is why is also a mandatory step according to the Mauritian Data Protection Act, to which wiiv is fully committed.

Yes, you do. There are more partners who offer benefits to wiiv members who are IBL employees, and better benefits across all our partners. All benefit details are available in your wiiv App.

If you are no more an IBL employee, your HR/HC team will do the necessary change your status in the programme to consumer. You will then have the consumer benefits and still be benefiting from exciting offers.

The new benefits are designed to enhance your shopping experience. Multiple ways are now available to earn more bonus points than before. Even though some earning methods exclude promotional items, you’ll still earn more points than before. If your wiiv card remains inactive—meaning no points are earned or redeemed—over a 12-month period, your points will expire and your account automatically scheduled for deletion, which includes the removal of all associated personal data. Note that an email reminder will be sent to you one-month prior to the expiration date, encouraging you to transact with our EARN partners and prevent account deletion. After the delay, the deletion will be done automatically by our system.

If you forget your username or password, click ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login page of the wiiv App. You’ll need to enter your National ID Card (NIC) number or RP number and your mobile number as registered in your wiiv account to securely reset your credentials. Simply follow the on-screen steps to regain access to your account.

We’d love for you to stay with us, but if you need to cancel, our call centre can help you.

You can initiate this process directly through the wiiv App by navigating to the “More” section and selecting “Delete my account.” Alternatively, our call center is available to assist you with the cancellation.

It is very important to be aware that once your account is permanently deleted, it is impossible to recover any data, including your personal information and accumulated points. Hence, this step is irreversible.

Your account is linked to your NIC and email address, so you cannot be a wiiv member without one. Even though you have provided your mobile number to receive SMSes, your email is our way of talking to you to tell you about any exclusive offers. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that’s not likely to change.
So please do update your contact details via “My Profile” in the wiiv App, or by getting in touch with us on 203-2222 or 460-7920, or by email on [email protected]. Don’t miss out on any of our special promotions exclusively for you, our wiiv members.

If you prefer not to receive marketing communications from wiiv, you can easily opt out in two ways:

No, you will need to swipe your Club Espace Maison (CEM) digital card on the CEM App.

Depending on the partner, it may take a maximum of 45 days for points to be officially added to your points balance.

If you think you are missing wiiv points earned with one of our partners, please check your transaction history on the wiiv App or contact our call centre at 203-2222 or 460-7920. We do not guarantee points can be allocated retrospectively, this will be handled on a case to case basis.

If you have not been using the wiiv programme for over 12 months, your account may have become inactive and you cannot claim any expired points.

When you return or exchange a product, the handling of your wiiv points depends on the specific partner’s return policy, which may vary. Generally:
– If you earned points on a product you return, those points may be deducted from your account when the refund is processed.
– If you used points to purchase a product you’re returning, the points used may be credited back to your account.

Yes, your points expire if you do not use your wiiv card to earn or redeem them at our EARN and ENJOY partners within a 12-month period. After 12 months of inactivity, your points will expire and your account, including all personal data, will be permanently deleted. This action is IRREVERSIBLE, and points cannot be reclaimed once lost.

There are 2 options when it comes to enjoying your wiiv points. Use your wiiv points at the following partners: Winners, MedActiv.
To use points on a purchase, simply present your wiiv card (physical or digital) or NIC to the cashier when making your purchases.

A minimum of 1 point is required before spending them at our ENJOY partners Winners and MedActiv, where you can use them to pay. 1 point = Rs 1.

No, points cannot be shared to friends or family.

Your wiiv card and App is linked to your personal NIC, so only you can receive the rewards. Your friends and family can sign up themselves and earn their own rewards, as it is a free programme.

For redemptions of 200 points or more, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Present this OTP to the cashier to authorize the transaction. To ensure you receive the OTP, keep your mobile phone number updated in your wiiv account. You can update your contact details anytime through your profile on the wiiv app.

You can start earning points immediately once you have quick enrolled at Winners tills or registered either in-store or on the wiiv app.

Each of our ‘Earn Partners’ may differ when it comes to the amount of points you earn. You can earn:
Winners:
– 1 Point for every Rs 200 qualifying spend at any Winners stores, excluding products on promotion (that is products on which you receive an instant discount or bonus points) and excluding non-qualifying purchases;
– 5% in wiiv Points on all Leaderprice and Casino products, excluding products on promotion (that is products on which you receive an instant discount or bonus points);

– Scan to pay and earn 1 bonus Point on every Rs 200 spent digitally.
MedActiv:

Ala-lila:

Yes, this is possible exclusively at Eagle Insurance. When you purchase a home, car, motorcycle or boat insurance, wiiv points are awarded based on the insurance premium fee after any discounts are applied.

wiiv points typically appear in your account within 24 hours. However, the timing can vary depending on when we receive transaction details from our partners. Most points are credited within 24 to 72 hours, but it may take up to 45 days in some cases. To monitor your points, check your points activity regularly through the wiiv App.

In the event of a technical, system(s) or network failure, as well as system upgrades, wiiv points allocations and/or discounts will not be processed and/or issued retrospectively.
In some cases, partners will be able to allocate your earned points after your purchase if you are authenticated at the time of reconciliation on the system using your wiiv membership number, NIC or RP. However, it is at the wiiv partner’s discretion to issue any rewards retrospectively if transaction is processed offline.

Yes, below are the products excluded from earning wiiv points:

Yes, you earn base wiiv points on the total amount of your purchases, including VAT. Please note that base points are not awarded on items bought with an instant discount or during a bonus points promotion or on non-qualifying purchases.

If you don’t have internet access at the moment, here’s what you can do:

– Turn off your phone’s Wi-Fi and mobile data.
– Reopen the wiiv app and click on ‘Offline Card’.
– This will allow you to access your offline digital wiiv card and present it at our partners, Winners and MedActiv.

Upon registration, you are assigned a digital membership number, accessible through the wiiv App. We no longer issue physical wiiv Cards as a standard practice; however, exceptions may be made under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Program on a case-by-case basis.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can still enjoy the advantages of the wiiv program at selected partners. Simply present your National ID Card (NIC) at the cashier to EARN and REDEEM points at Winners and MedActiv, and EARN points at Eagle Insurance. It’s crucial to ensure that your NIC is correctly registered with your wiiv account. For verification, please visit the consigne at any Winners outlet, or contact our support team at 203-2222 or 460-7920.

To ensure the security of your wiiv account and points, immediately “freeze” your wiiv account to prevent unauthorized use. This can be done through the wiiv app or by contacting our support team at 203-2222 or 460-7920. It is important and it is your responsibility to protect your points as they hold value.

Upon freezing your account, please call us on 203-2222 or 460-7920 or email us at [email protected] to request for a new wiiv membership number. We will provide you with a new digital membership number. We no longer issue physical wiiv Cards; however, exceptions may be made under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Program, on a case-by-case basis. If it is the second or more physical Card being requested for the same account, a fee of Rs 250 will be charged for each additional card issued.

Once your new membership is activated, you can continue to earn and redeem rewards using your National ID Card (NIC) or through the digital on the wiiv app or physical card.
