How to Enter:

• To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey in full and submit their response within the campaign period.

Campaign period:

• The survey will run until 22nd May 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Three (3) winners will be selected through a random draw and will receive the following prizes:

• 1st Prize: 5,000 wiiv points

• 2nd Prize: 3,000 wiiv points

• 3rd Prize: 2,000 wiiv points

wiiv points will be credited directly to the winners’ wiiv membership accounts.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible participants after the survey closing date.

Additional Rules:

• One rating per participant is allowed.

• The winners will be contacted via phone call between 25th May and 5th June 2026.

• Participant must ensure that their name, NIC, mobile number, and email address are correct and up-to-date in their wiiv app account.

• To verify or update your details, go to ‘My Profile’ in the wiiv app.

• wiiv is not responsible if we are unable contact the winner due to incorrect contact information.

General Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• wiiv reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest without prior notice.

• Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Data Usage

• Survey responses will be used for research and analysis purposes to better understand member expectations and improve wiiv and Eagle Insurance offerings.
